Lap Band Procedure at North Seattle Surgery Center
For Patients with BMI between 30-40

Total cost:  $10,307.50

The patient must have at least one co-morbidity to qualify. (Sleep apnea, Diabetes, Hypertension, etc.)

NSSC Lap Band Self Pay Fee: $6,235.00

Lap Band Self Pay Fee to include the following:

• 1 Hour of operating room time
• Recovery time
• Band
• Operating room supplies

**If patients are in the operating room longer than 1 hour, the patient will be balance billed in 15 minute increments at $187.50 per 15 minutes.

**If patient is required to be transferred to main hospital there will be an additional charge to the patient for transportation and hospital fees and overnight stay.

Anesthesia Pricing: $922.50 (NSSC is not responsible for this pricing, please contact the anesthesia billing service to confirm)

Surgical Fee: $3,000.00

Surgical Fee to include the following:

• 3 months post-op care
• 3 free fills.
• After which fills will be $185.00 and un-fills will be $95.00.

**Initial consultation with Dr. Chebli as well as all required pre-operative testing is not included in these fees.

Assistant Fee: $150.00
